COVID-19 update
In light of the most recent updates with regard to the spread of COVID19, we have, as a team, decided to reduce our opening hours.
As a primary health care provider, in order to best protect our loyal customers and our staff, our practices will be working to maintain a service for emergencies and specific eye conditions, by appointment only.
These clinics will initially be from our Preston practice from Tuesdays through to Fridays. All patients will be triaged (screened) by telephone to assess the potential urgency of the eye condition. We can then deal with this in the most appropriate way.
If you wish to order contact lenses please email with your name, and the quantity required, and we will order these and post them to you.
If you receive regular contact lens supplies from us we will be contacting you to arrange delivery. For any glasses queries please email us with as much information as possible and we will endeavour to help. If you currently have glasses on order we are aiming to contact you once they arrive to arrange delivery.
We want to thank you all for your patience at this time and hope that normal services may resume as soon as possible. Please note, that at this time, we will be regularly accessing emails and phone messages and will respond as soon as possible.
